Our customer
Our customer provides a SaaS-based  eCommerce Services Platform that facilitates the sale and purchase of subscriptions (Spotify-like services), services and goods for retail partners of telecom, IT and cloud providers (eg Tele2, Vodafone, Microsoft). By comparison, you do not buy cola directly at CocaCola but through a retailer). This also applies to IT, telecom and cloud services and goods. The platform facilitates retail partners in the full sales process from marketing, sales and delivery to subscription management.

In the two years that the organisation exists, it has built a big name in the retail world, especially when it comes to complex solutions and a short time-to-market of customer-specific solutions.

The office of our cutomer is located in a characteristic location along the IJ in Amsterdam.

Job description
The organisation leverages a customer success focused Services team, which you will be part of. You will get the opportunity to lead the objective of creating mutual win-win solutions for the organisatin and the partners. You are someone who understands the revolution currently underway in the in T & Telecom retail sector, and who has his/her fingers on the pulse of consumers' behavior. With your interpersonal skills you forge partnerships with brand-owners, work closely with the business, technical, content, and product teams to manage the Platform Catalogue and help drive the content acquisition strategy.

The ideal Content Manager is verbally dexterous, has an entrepreneurial state of mind, and thrives in a challenging environment which involves a lot of work, a lot of coffee, over exhaustion of vocal chords, jet-lag, spread sheets, more spread sheets, but in the end results in building a career one can look back upon with immense pride.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Ability to conceptualise and execute projects, with strong bias for action and ability to
  prioritise and meet deadlines;
- Communication and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust up, down, and across
  the company;
- Knowledge of e-Commerce, Cloud Computing, and Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
- In depth knowledge of the IT & Telecom retail industry;
- Experience in working with JSON and REST API’s;
- Detail-oriented.

Required experience
- Proven track record in catalogue management;
- Hands-on SQL knowledge;
- 2+ years of content management experience;
- Bcs or Ms degree in related field;
- Experience in e-Commerce is strongly preferred;
- IT & Telecom retail experience is a must;
- Experience in ERP integration is a plus;
- Native Dutch speaker. Fluency in English.
