Purpose of the job
As Sales & Marketing Controller Professional Hygiene Products you are responsible for fully supporting the commercial organisation with financial management information in order to deliver the Region Central strategic & financial targets.

Main duties
- Fully support the business & Management in the delivery of annual targets in line with strategy;
- Prepare monthly closings of PH results in line with PH Internal Control;
- Lead, process and communicate financial Forecasts & Budgets;
- Provide comprehensive & efficient analysis &  management information on
  financial performance to meet business needs and to support decision making;
- Secure accurate financial reporting at all times, including reconciliation between
  IT systems (SAP, ABS, SAP BW, Excel);
- Ensure all processes and procedures are in place, monitored & aligned to PH Internal
  Control at all times;
- Challenge and educate stakeholders outside the finance organization (financial trainings);
- Be the interface for auditors in close cooperation with GBS and the business;
- Drive & support business projects as required.

Communication and contacts Internal/External
Internal:
PH local & regional Management Team, PH Commercial organisation (all levels in BNLX), Product supply Controlling, GBS, European Controllers & colleagues;

External:
Financial &commercial personnel within customers as required.

Responsibility level
- KPI & Target monitoring;
- Quality & application of statistical information;
- Contribute to the implementation and realisation of the Regional strategy within
  the PH commercial organisation:
- Participate in local / central projects / groups.

Person specification
- University degree;
- At least  5 experience in a simular position;
- Experienced in FMCG and/or Sales & Marketing controlling;

- Liaising and sharing information and best practice across business at a European Level;
- Proactive team member;
- Willing & able to take on responsibility;
- Very trustworthy & reliable, dependable;

- Ability to achieve against tight deadlines;
- Willingness to travel to international meetings may be required.
